I’ve battled acne for over 23 years! I don’t “do” antibiotics unless it absolutely necessary and couldn’t bring myself to possibility compromise my immune system for vanity sake. That being said I’ve tried EVERYTHING else, I just figured nothing works and I just have to live like this, I was so wrong…THIS STUFF WORKS!
Step 1 is the cleanser and although good, I find it isn’t strong enough to remove all my makeup at the end of the day. I do enjoy it for my morning wash or as a 2nd wash in the evening. It’s 6oz for $11.
Step 2 is the Bee’s Knee’s, this is the Holy Grail in my skin care routine!!! It’s a liquid exfoliant with 2% Salicylic Acid. “Oh but I’ve tried Salicylic Acid and it didn’t do anything for me”, yep that was my thoughts exactly. The problem with most SA products is the PH level is off, and because of this the product is ineffective. I apply this with a cotton round with a textured side, so that I get all the exfoliation I can. This has reduced the number of clogged pores that turn into acne to almost zero! Right now I have only 1 active blemish, which for me is unheard of (insert happy dance here)! The cost for this is $23, but I gladly pay double!
Step 3 is the 5% Benzoyl Peroxide spot treatment, there is also a 2% treatment. I think this IS really good, I purchased the 5% because in my past experience I had no results with the lower levels. This one is really too strong for me! When I reorder I will purchase the lower level and use it as an all over treatment. For the price of $18 this bottle will last forever!
Paula’s Choice offers a full refund if you are unhappy with the products and so I tried the 15 day trial kit, on day 3 I knew this was something different. I have a promo code for $10 off your first purchase and today they have free shipping. So you can try this out for…wait for it…$5! Not good enough you can also use ebates to get an additional 5% back.
